Sign Up
Begin by arranging a demonstration and free trial of our services. You have 30 days to try all the features and process commissions. You can process one commission statement during trial. You will receive reports on what commissions to pay, which can be compared against your legacy system.
Setting Up Service
You can purchase one system license and manage all the entry of customer information including transactions and calculate commissions or you can let Commission Calculation perform these functions for you.


Monthly Process
If Commission Calculation performs all functions for retailer or broker, each month commission statements will be posted to an online account set up exclusively for each entity. The statements will be formatted and processed by us. If any retailer transaction does not match a transaction in CRM, an error report will be generated and posted to the online account. This is for the purpose of allowing agents to correct any transaction. Commission Calculaton will then process retailer commission statements one additional time for the month and the final results will be available in the reports section of CRM showing commission payments needing to be paid to agents. Important Processing Requirement
In order for processing to be flawless and produce accurate commission calculations, each transaction entered into CRM must have a unique transaction number. This number must match the unique number in the retailer’s commission statement. This same unique number will be used even when a retailer is changed. For example, in Texas the ESI ID is assigned by ERCOT for every meter and that number stays for the life of the meter.


Reports
Three reports are available. Three reports are for broker for management purposes, i.e. Retailer and Gross/Net Commission by Agent, Payments and Agent Commission Overview and Agent Incentive. One report is for agent, i.e. Gross/Net Commissions By Agent. These reports can be exported to Excel. Details
CRM Platform Views
The option is available to create multiple online views of data. Each function, e.g. contacts, customers, and transactions can be filtered to present data particular to your requirements.


Expenses
Multiple expense categories can be established and monthly expenses can be assigned to an agent and deducted from commission payable. This feature also allows a payout to an agent, e.g. a one time bonus payment.

Other Features
Transactions can be setup with multiple agents having different percentage splits. Also, incentives can be establish and individualized by agent with different sales targets and percentages.
